Founder / Chairman

Born and raised in Britain, Koolesh Shah founded London Town Group in 1988. From humble beginnings, Koolesh has grown the group into a multi-million-pound corporation focused on cutting-edge performance in four main pillars – Real Estate, Philanthropy, Energy, and Technology. Koolesh was named Hotelier of the Year at the Asian Business Awards.

Koolesh holds an honorary doctorate from the University of East Anglia and serves as Co-Chair of Conservative Friends of India. He is a devotee of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and is Chairman of Sri Aurobindo Trust. Thanks to the generous support of the Trust, SOAS has offered modules on ‘Modern Indian Philosophy’ for the last three years, with a specific focus on the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

Koolesh has been involved in the Jain community, having served as President of the Jain Social Group London between 1986 and 1996. The organisation has over 60,000 members and 425 groups worldwide. He was also a founder member of the Vanik Business Group, which enabled the business community to further engage together and mutually flourish.

He actively supports Making The Leap, a charity focused on promoting social mobility through inspirational speaking and mentoring opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Trustee

Nikhil read Mathematics at the University of Cambridge before undertaking an industry-funded PhD at Imperial College in earth imaging technology for energy applications.

He is the CEO and co-founder of energy technology company S-Cube as well as co-founder of Hotel Cloud developing generative AI based revenue management solutions.

Nikhil won the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award 2019 in association with State Bank of India at the annual Asian Business Awards in London.
In the same year, Nikhil also won the Young Entrepreneur of the year award by TiE handed by ICICI Bank.

His key interests are in meeting global energy demand, reducing emissions and sustainability of the planet’s environment.

Strategic Director

Kavita Doshi is the Strategic Development Director for London Town Group and the Founder and Managing Director of Innova Properties, overseeing commercial growth across the UK and East Africa. A Cambridge Law graduate with 15 years of experience in management consultancy, hospitality, and real estate, Kavita has emerged as a formidable force in property development from her base in Nairobi, Kenya.

Driven by an ethos of excellence, quality, and sustainability, her celebrated, award-winning portfolio includes The Cube on Riverside Drive (EDGE Advanced Certified) and the luxury coastal development Kai Diani.

As a board member of WIRE Kenya and founder of the HER VOICE initiative, Kavita pioneers gender inclusion in construction, launching Kenya’s first women’s and maternity PPE and developing an Inclusive Developer Checklist for job sites. Her commitment to impact extends to Charity Connect, a foundation she founded in 2016 operating on a zero-administration-fee model to fund feeding programs, clean water boreholes, and women's economic empowerment centers.

Recognised globally, her accolades include Entrepreneur of the Year (AfBC, 2026) and Woman Developer of the Year (WIRE Kenya, 2025). Kavita is also a certified Barre instructor and a mother who champions professional harmony over balance.

Marketing Director

A digital marketing specialist, with a background in Information Technology Management for Business. Victoria Crampton read Information Technology Management for Business at Loughborough University before writing on Web 2.0, social media published by the British Computer Society.

She now serves as Marketing Director of LTG, assisting the brands in engaging with the target markets using offline and digital marketing tools.
